Antigamente se chamavam Bruno The Questionable, baseado no personagem do grupo Monthy Pyton, Rei Bruno, o Questionável. Quando lançaram esse primeiro disco, mudaram para Fading Colors.
Simples, com belos arranjos e vocais femininos, o grupo prima por um gothic rock com algumas raízes post-punk, mas sem apelar para nenhuma forma consagrada do estilo. As guitarras remetem ao The Cult na sua fase mais hardrock.
Uma coisa que chama a atenção é a evolução no som que eles fazem ao longo da carreira, se desvinculando totalmente do gothic rock no último disco, onde incorpora sonoridades do trip-hop e se torna, com isso, um grupo mais voltado para o darkwave.
